• Uploaded content: Documents you upload are processed temporarily and not stored permanently unless you use conversation history.

• To send you product updates if you subscribe to our newsletter.
• To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers using Supabase (PostgreSQL). Uploaded files are processed in memory and not permanently stored on disk. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• OpenAI: For AI analysis (your text is sent to OpenAI for processing).
• Supabase: For authentication and database.
• Pinecone: For vector search (RAG context).
